Upcoming Mahindra Bolero Neo Spotted At Dealership - Launch Soon

Mahindra Bolero Neo is an upcoming SUV from the Indian carmaker that is launching soon in the Indian market. The sub-4-metre SUV takes inspiration from the TUV300 and continues with certain highlights. In this video, we bring you how the upcoming Mahindra Bolero Neo looks in real life.

From the front, the Bolero Neo gets wraparound headlights that float towards the side. Similarly, a new bumper design with an updated grille and the fog lights are now rectangular in shape as compared to squared ones in the TUV300. Overall, the design looks fresh but still, it borrows the design from the TUV300 only.

The side profile gets a black stripe that runs from the fender to the rear quarter panel and what it seems to be flex wheels. Yes, Mahindra has done some cost-cutting and it appears they have ditched the alloy wheels for the flex wheels. This may be the mid-spec variant but we do expect alloy wheels for the top-spec.

You also get sidestep that helps shorter people to get inside easily. The rear profile continues with a similar design as the discontinued TUV300 and does not get any changes. The spy shot reveals the spare tyre mounted without any wheel cover at all. Mahindra might bring that in the accessory item. The spare wheel just doesn't look good.

The interior shots reveal little changes here and it continues with the dual-tone beige and black colour scheme like before. You also get a larger touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, cruise control, multi-function steering wheel, updated instrument cluster and others.

Safety features on this one include dual-front airbags, an anti-lock braking system with electronic brake-force distribution, rear parking sensors, a high-speed alert system, front seat belt warning and more.

Mechanically, the Bolero Neo will be powered by a 1.5-litre, four-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine. This unit churns out 100 bhp with 240 Nm of peak torque and will be mated to a 5-speed stick shift. You can also expect the AMT unit that will be carried forward from the TUV300.

As far as the prices are concerned then we expect it to be at a marginal high of Rs 30,000 to Rs 40,000 from the TUV300. Also, join our 91Wheels Whatsapp group so that you never ever miss any updates related to the Indian Automotive Industry.
