Hyundai India has officially announced that all-new Creta can now be booked officially. Hyundai earlier did not reveal the interior of the Creta when it was revealed at the 2020 Auto Expo. The manufacturer has now also released a picture of the cabin to show the all-new Creta will look like from the inside. The company will officially launch the 2020 Hyundai Creta on 17th March 2020 and the customers can now book it at a payment of Rs 25,000.
The Indian-spec 2020 Hyundai Creta looks quite different from the ix25, which was revealed in China sometime back. The Indian version gets a dual-tone black and beige theme all over, including the seats. The seats also look quite premium with diamond-stitched design. The steering wheel is a new one and is inspired by the steering of the new Sonata. The Hyundai Creta will get all-digital instrument panel in the high-end variants.
Hyundai has always been known for offering a long list of features and the new Creta will not be any different. The feature list of the new Hyundai Creta includes an air purifier, Blue Link connectivity solution that allows the customers to start the car remotely, driving modes, engine models, paddle shifters for the automatic version and more.
The 2020 Hyundai Creta will offer engine modes like the Eco, Comfort and Sport mode that may change the power output of the engine. Additionally, there will be a system to make the new Hyundai more capable in various terrains. This mode will utilise the traction control system and offers modes like snow, sand and mud.
The all-new Creta will also get a new 10.25-inch infotainment system with the BlueLink app. It will also get a Smartwatch app that will customers to control the car from their watch. The car will also get an 8.0-inch speaker system from Bose and tyre pressure monitoring system.
The all-new Creta gets new headlamps, LED lamps, new bumper, new grille and new 17-inch alloy wheels. The car now looks much sharper than the previous version of the model.
Hyundai will offer the all-new Creta with three engine options. There will be a 1.5-litre naturally-aspirated petrol engine that develops a maximum of 115 PS and will be available with a 6-speed manual or a CVT automatic transmission. A 1.5-litre diesel engine that develops a similar 115 PS and offers a 6-speed manual and a torque convertor automatic and a 1.4-litre turbocharged petrol that will be available only with a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.
