After the Mahindra Scorpio N launch and taking the SUV segment by storm, the Indian carmaker will soon launch Scorpio Classic and then the 2022 Bolero Neo Plus. Yes, the extended version of the popular Bolero Neo will be offered with both 7 and 9-seat configurations. There will be also an ambulance version for the same.
Engine
Powering the Bolero Neo Plus will be a 2.2-litre, four-cylinder, turbocharged diesel engine that is also seen in the S3 variant of the Scorpio Classic. It generates 119 bhp of power on tap with a peak torque of 280 Nm. What's interesting is that the upcoming SUV will also get an Eco mode that will limit the power to just 93 bhp. A 5-speed manual transmission will be seen as standard with the oil burner.

Design
At the front, we expect a tweaked headlight and bumper design and restyled fog light housing. The alloy wheels in the Bolero Neo look good according to the price but with Bolero Neo Plus we do expect striking-looking alloy wheels. An updated set of taillights and bumper design is expected at the rear profile.
Features
We expect the Bolero Neo Plus to be equipped with the same set of features as offered in the Bolero Neo. A touchscreen infotainment system with Bluetooth and Aux-in connectivity, tilt adjustable steering wheel, two-tone interior, manual AC, cruise control, LED daytime running lights and more. We do expect the 2022 Mahindra Bolero Neo Plus to be offered with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
