The exteriors of the MG Gloster are very big and beautiful looking. The overall looks and design is inspired by the international siblings and Gloster look mature among the segment. It comes equipped with the tech such as LED projector headlights with LED DRLs, diamond cut alloy wheel, all-four wheel disc brakes, and even the rear taillights are all-LED. MG has used plenty of chrome all around the Gloster which makes it look premium and significant looks and design-wise. However, the brand could have limit the use of chrome elements that are seen on the SUV. 

The exterior of 2022 Gloster now features new alloy wheels with a British Windmill theme in the 4WD versions. In addition to the already existing colours of Agate Red, Metal Black, Metal Ash, and Warm White, the brand has also released a new colour called Deep Golden.

One of the MG Gloster's key selling qualities is the interior. The cabin is exquisitely spacious and comfortable, and it is quite cushiony. The grade of the materials used in the interior construction is very well stated. Additionally, the fit and finish are among the best on the market. Some of the first features in the genre have been included to MG's redesigned Gloster SUV. These include of the cutting-edge, entirely digital instrument cluster, voice commands that are enabled by AI, and complete leather interior with ventilated seats. Gloster is frequently offered in 6- or 7-seater configurations. Additionally, the boot capacity is useful, especially after folding the third-row seats.

The Gloster's interior features a brand-new 12-inch i-Smart touchscreen infotainment system. Additionally, it has support for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and the new iSmart technology is now also compatible with Android watches. With its updated and smart-tech integration of more than 75 Connected Car capabilities, the SUV ups the ante. The cabin of the MG Gloster really gives it a premium feeling and offers a plethora of features on the inside!

The MG Gloster only has one available engine. The turbocharged diesel engine, which is only available in the 2.0-litre turbo and twin-turbo diesel engine model, is a potent engine. The only SUV in its class with a twin-turbo diesel engine is the MG Gloster. With the turbo unit, the engine's maximum torque and output are 375 Nm and 162 bhp, respectively. The twin-turbo engine produces 480 Nm of maximum torque and 215 horsepower of power. An 8-speed automated torque converter transmission is coupled to both engines. The Gloster is available with a 2WD or 4WD drivetrain. Gloster does not have a manual transmission option. This engine has exceptional performance, and the rapid torque is what makes it possible to move this enormous SUV so quickly. 12.35 km/liter is the ARAI-reported mileage, which is respectable by segment standards. Even with such a heavy motor, the claimed ARAI fuel economy is quite impressive.

The Gloster has excellent smooth riding characteristics. The suspension has been fine-tuned by MG engineers to provide the Gloster with one of the greatest rides among competitors in its sector. The SUV feels as though it simply glides over potholes at slower speeds as the Gloster effortlessly absorbs the undulations of the rough roads. Gloster stays steady at practically any speed thanks to the cool, collected nature of the suspension. Gloster's handling conforms to segment requirements and is also well-knit. At city speeds, the steering feels rather mild. As the speed picks up, the steering reaction quickens and the Gloster develops into a thrilling SUV to drive. Overall, Gloster does not disappoint at all! It offers a balanced ride quality

  First thing that's going to grab your attention in the look and size of this beast, I mean it's bigger than the og over hyped fortuner but the amout of features this vehicle offers is worth it and the smoothness on Indian roads is brilliant except its not much of a city car as because of its size but overall i would like to rate it. 8.2/10

  Massive grille upfront with brushed finish and horizontal slats, C-Shaped fog lamp enclosures and a large bonnet with creases. Beautifully crafted gear knob and the use of tan brown leather makes it look unique and premium.

  Look nice and sporty. Middle row is quite comfortable and the third row of seats are capable of seating two smaller adults, or children. Ride quality is more than decent even on rough road.

  Buying experience itself was horrible. They promised to deliver car within 4 weeks but then kept delaying till 6-7 months. Looks, performance and all is fine but the main headache is customer service. Absolutely ridiculous service centre staff. Issues keeps popping up and MG takes 0 responsibility for it. Its just 1000 kms and my back headlight has started getting cracks from inside and the top and as you can guess MG claims 0 responsibility for this. Definitely regret buying it and strongly recommend you to NEVER buy a car from MG.

  I was recently notified that my new car- Gloster, 2 months old and 1500 kms driven requires an engine change. I'm shocked to know how can this happen. This is a serious matter and is this a punishment for trusting MG? Will this car be as good as a new car?
