Hyundai Verna EX Variant
The base EX variant is relatively less equipped and lack some features seen in the higher trim. When it comes to the sedan's front, it has a similar appearance but without the connected LED DRL found on higher versions. Instead, it has a chrome strip. The EX version comes with projector halogen headlamps. It has body-colored door handles, ORVMs, turn indicators positioned on the fenders, and 15-inch steel wheels with covers on the sides. It has a reflector in place of the attached tail lamp and full halogen lighting at the rear.
The interior features a black-and-white color scheme for the door pads and white fabric for the seats. The EX variant receives a similar two-spoke steering wheel, but without a steering-mounted control as it lacks an infotainment system; nonetheless, the manufacturer has provided space to place one as an aftermarket option. Moreover, the instrument cluster has an analog gauge for speed and a tachometer with a MID. Among other things, this variant has manual climate controls, manual IRVMs, automatically adjusting ORVMs, all four power windows, and a rear armrest.
Six airbags, ABS with EBD, rear parking sensors, automatic headlights, speed-sensing door locks, ISOFIX, and other safety features are included in the base variant's safety features list.
