The BYD Seal is a high-performance sedan with an aerodynamic design, featuring the OceanX design language.
It has distinctive double-U-shaped LED headlights, flush-type door handles, and a sleek sloping roofline. At the rear, there's an LED light bar spanning the width of the vehicle.
2024 BYD Seal Ev: Power, Performance, Dimension And More
The BYD Seal features the Blade battery. The dynamic variant has a 61.44 kWh battery capacity, 150 kW power, and 310 Nm torque. The performance variant has an 82.56 kWh battery, 230 kW power, and 360 Nm torque. The premium variant has an 82.56 kWh battery, 390 kW power, and 670 Nm torque.
Front suspension is Double Wishbone, rear is Multi-Link. FSD shock absorbers are exclusive to the premium variant. The dynamic variant has ventilated front disc brakes, while others have Ventilated & Drilled front discs, ventilated rear discs, and front fixed callipers.
All have alloy wheels, with the dynamic variant at 18 inches and others at 19 inches. The Seal's dimensions are 4,800 mm in length, 1,875 mm in width, 1,460 mm in height, and 2,920 mm in wheelbase.

The BYD Seal is available in four colour options: Arctic Blue, Aurora White, Atlantis Gray, and Cosmos Black.
It comes equipped with a 10.25-inch LCD instrumentation, a 15.6-inch intelligent rotating touchscreen display, DYNAUDIO with 12 speakers, voice assistant, steering wheel-mounted controls, wireless phone charger, dual-zone air-conditioning, keyless entry & start, 8-way power adjustable driver seat, ventilated & heated front seats, and more.
Safety includes nine airbags, a 3600 camera, parking sensors, ISOFIX points, electric power steering, and advanced driver assistance systems.

The BYD Seal EV presents a promising entry into the Indian market, offering a blend of performance, style, and advanced features. Its pricing, however, positions it in a higher segment, limiting its accessibility to a broader audience.
