2024 Tata Nexon Facelift - What Will Change?
As it'll be a facelift model, Tata Nexon will possibly get revisions from cosmetics to mechanicals. For example, the design of it is going to be revamped with elements taken from the Curvv concept. The front end, especially, will use a new bumper, headlights, new grille, & an overall new shape. Meanwhile, the side profile is likely to remain more or less the same. But, we've seen in the earlier spy pics that it'll get new alloy wheels for sure. At the rear end, a new set of LED taillights will be fixed along with a light bar on the boot lid. Additionally, the boot lid design and the rear bumper will also get revisions in their design.
Recently, the interiors of it were also spied on during a test. We're expecting that it'll get a new two-spoke steering wheel, a new infotainment screen, a Land Rover-inspired gear shifter, & a new digital console. Also, the test car was seen using blue leather upholstery. There is a high possibility that the top specs of the facelift will use this new blue colour theme. Meanwhile, the powertrain options of the current model are likely to get revised as well. We're anticipating that the new car will get more power & torque from the same engine options. Also, Tata will reportedly increase the refinement & fuel economy of these engine options.
Verdict
The launch of the new facelifted model is expected by September'23. Once it gets launched, it'll rival the competitors like Maruti Brezza & Hyundai Venua. Due to the addition of new features, more power, & enhanced safety; we think the prices of it'll rise for sure. The hike in prices can range between a few thousand to a lakh or more; depending on the variants.
