Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) India seems to be preparing to launch the 2025 Toyota Camry in India on 11 December. 2025 Toyota Camry
The upcoming Camry for the Indian market will boast the same design as the current international model. It is built on the same TNGA-K platform and gets a new front fascia with a new U-shaped LED DRL, more sharp LED lights, a new bumper, and a more aggressive grille. The side profile gets new alloy wheels which enhances the appeal.
On the inside, the 2025 Camry will get a new treatment with a new colour option and enhanced features. The international spec model gets a 7-inch instrument cluster, an 8-inch, infotainment display, a head-up display, wireless Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto, dual-zone climate control, and a 9-speaker JBL music system among other features. Moreover, it gets leatherette seats, ventilated seats, and a three-spoke multifunction steering wheel among other elements.
The India-spec model is expected to include an ADAS suite similar to the international version, prioritizing occupant safety. The international spec version gets the Toyota Safety Sense 3.0 suite with ADAS features such as traffic jam assist, adaptive cruise control, blind spot monitoring, lane keep assist, and more.
2025 Toyota Camry Powertrain
The 2025 Camry has a 2.5-litre hybrid engine producing 222 bhp of power and it is mated to an eCVT gearbox. The international market gets an AWD setup as well but the India spec model is expected to come with a FWD configuration only.

Verdict
Toyota Camry is long due for an update in India, the upcoming iteration will bring a fresh design, new features and is expected to get a new engine as well. The upcoming Toyota Camry will compete with the sedans like the all-electric BYD Seal and the recently launched Skoda Superb in India.
