Bajaj Auto has introduced the latest addition to its lineup, the Bajaj Pulsar NS 400 Z, in India. Priced at Rs 1.85 lakh, it comes in a single variant. Along with a revamped design, enhanced features, and a new engine, the name of the bike has also been refreshed. Bajaj Pulsar NS400Z: Design And Colour Options
When looking at the design elements of the new Pulsar NS400Z, you'll notice a striking resemblance to the NS200 in its overall side body frame style. Moving to the front, the headlight cluster features thunderbolt-style DRLs positioned side by side. Additionally, the midsection boasts LED projector lights, reminiscent of the NS250. This new model stays true to the NS design theory. In terms of colour options, it comes in four choices: Brooklyn Black, Pewter Grey, Metallic Pearl White, and Glossy Racing Red.

Bajaj Pulsar NS400Z: Engine And Hardware
On the engine front, the NS400Z borrows its engine from the Dominar 400. It's powered by a 373cc Liquid Cooled, 4V, DOHC with DLC-coated finger followers, delivering a peak power of 39.4 bhp and 35 Nm of torque. Paired with a 6-speed transmission, it claims a top speed of 154 kmph, making it the fastest Pulsar ever. The bike also features a wet, multi-plate clutch with assist and slipper functions.
In terms of hardware, it comes with 43 mm upside-down front forks and a gas-charged, preload-adjustable mono-shock at the rear for suspension duties. Braking is handled by a 320 mm front disc and a 230 mm rear disc, both equipped with dual-channel ABS as standard. With 17-inch alloy wheels at both ends, it rides on 110-section front and 140-section rear tyres. Additionally, it features hydroformed handlebars with 5-way adjustable levers for added comfort and control.
Bajaj Pulsar NS400Z: Array Of Features
This motorcycle boasts a comprehensive suite of features, including a bonded glass instrument console, hazard lamp, Bluetooth connectivity, call and message alerts, turn-by-turn navigation, lap timer, music control, four selectable ride modes (Road, Rain, Off-Road, and Sport), traction control (available in Sport and Off-Road modes only), dual ABS and more.
