Recently, BGauss officially unveiled its RUV350, although the company kept its price and detailed specifications under wraps until its debut on June 25. However, some information has already been leaked. The RUV350 features a sleek body design with an LED headlamp, LED daytime running lights (DRLs), and an LED taillight. It adopts a no-flash, aggressive concept and comes with notably large 16-inch tyres, similar to those found on select models like the Okinawa OKHI 90.

In terms of dimensions, it measures 1928mm in length, 697mm in width, and 1200mm in height, with a seat height of 785mm and a wheelbase of 1335mm. It offers a comfortable 160mm of ground clearance. Weighing in at 122 kg kerb weight, it can carry a standard payload of 150 kg.
Storage-wise, it's no slouch either. With 15L under-seat storage, 4.5L under-footboard storage, and an additional 2.2L mobile pocket, there's plenty of room for essentials.

When it comes to features, the RUV350 doesn't disappoint. It's equipped with a 5-inch TFT display, although it's worth noting it's not a touchscreen. Alongside this feature, users can expect a range of functionalities including personalized profiles, smartphone connectivity, Bluetooth, turn-by-turn navigation, USB charging, flip key, 2 display themes, ride & charge statistics, document storage, side & main stand motor cut-off, and service reminder.
On the safety front, it offers reverse mode via a switch, roll-over detection, parking brake, regenerative braking, cruise mode, CBS, and hill hold.
BGauss RUV350 E-Scooter: Battery, Range, And More
The electric vehicle will come with an aluminium battery case housing a 3 kWh battery pack that's CAN enabled. It has a rated power of 250w, and interestingly, this battery relies on natural cooling rather than liquid cooling. With 165 Nm of torque, it offers a sprightly acceleration, reaching 0-40 kmph in just 5.8 seconds when in sports mode.
This EV offers three distinct riding modes, each with its own top-speed range. In sports mode, you can reach up to 75 kmph, while in Ride mode, the top speed is 60 kmph, and in Eco mode, it's 45 kmph.
BGauss RUV350 E-Scooter: Hardware Details
Charging this device to full capacity will vary depending on the power of the charger you use. With a 1350W charger, it takes around 2 hours and 35 minutes. If you opt for an 840W charger, it extends the time to about 3 hours and 55 minutes. And if you go even lower with a 500W charger, expect a longer wait of approximately 6 hours and 50 minutes.
Moving on to its mechanical features, this EV will boast telescopic forks for the front suspension and a rear suspension featuring a 4-step adjustable single hydraulic shock absorber. Additionally, it will have drum brakes.
