BYD Seal EV
The BYD Seal exhibits a sleek and aerodynamic design, inspired by the concept of "Ocean Aesthetics." This electric vehicle boasts elegant lines, a lowered body stance, and an extended wheelbase. Inside, you'll find a sporty atmosphere, complete with comfortable seats featuring ventilation for both cooling and heating, memory settings, adjustable cup holders, and a split rear seat arrangement. Additional luxurious touches include a crystal gear shift knob and a well-designed cabin layout.
When it comes to its features, it includes a 15.6-inch touchscreen infotainment system that can be rotated, seamless wireless connectivity for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a 10.2-inch fully digital instrument cluster, a panoramic sunroof with a silver-plated finish, dual wireless charging pads, cup holders that can be adjusted, AC vents that can be electrically adjusted, a Heads-Up Display (HUD) projected onto the windshield, wipers with rain sensors, a frunk with a capacity of 50 liters, and a range of other functions.

BYD Seal EV Powertrain
The Seal EV presents customers with a choice between two distinct powertrain options: one equipped with a 61.44 kWh battery pack with 510 km of range and another with an 82.56 kWh battery pack with 650 km of range. Customers can opt for either rear-wheel drive or all-wheel drive configurations to suit their preferences. Furthermore, the electric vehicle is capable of charging from 0% to 80% in just 45 minutes, and it accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in a swift 3.8 seconds.
Verdict
Among electric vehicles priced under Rs 55 lakh in the Indian market, the BYD Seal stands out as one of the most futuristic-looking options. It competes directly with models such as the Hyundai IONIQ 5, KIA EV6, and other EVs within the same price bracket.
