Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 Rally Edition
The newly spotted test mule was equipped with an upswept exhaust which looks bigger than the standard exhaust. The new exhaust is expected to produce more meatier exhaust note. Moreover, the motorcycle gets different body graphics and 'Rally' written on the side of the motorcycle. The rear seems to have the same tire as the regular version but the rear section seems to be raised. The front end of the motorcycle was not visible in the spy shots but we expect it to get a raised handlebar and it was fitted with knuckle guards.
The brand might offer the Rally Kit as an optional accessory that can be fitted to the bike at the dealer level. Additionally, we can expect minor tweaks in the hardware components. However, the test mule was fitted with spokes wheels which seem to be the tubed wheels. We can also anticipate that the Rally edition will be lighter, making it more suitable for off-road riding.
If we talk about the regular version of the Himalayan 450, it comes with 21-inch front and 17-inch rear wheels, switchable ABS, 43 mm USD forks, linkage type rear mono shock absorber, 320 mm front and 270 mm rear disc brake.
