Yamaha FZ-X : Chrome And Metallic Black, Starting At Rs 1,36,200
Yamaha FZ-X's new colour paints come in two sleek designs: one with an all-black body paint and chrome accents on the tank, headlight, and front, priced at Rs 1,39,700 (Ex-showroom, Delhi), and the other in metallic black with full black body paint at Rs 1,36,200 (Ex-showroom, Delhi).

Packed With Features
The Yamaha fz-x offers a selection of colours like Matte Titan, Matte Copper, and Dark Matte Blue, in addition to a newly introduced option.
Apart from the colours, everything else remains the same in terms of appearance and design. It still has features like a multi-function LCD instrument cluster, traction control system, smartphone connectivity, side stand engine cut-off switch, charging port, and Bluetooth (Yamaha Motorcycle Connect).

Yamaha FZ-X Chrome And Metallic Black: Under The Hood
The Yamaha FZ-X Chrome And Metallic Black is powered by the same 149cc engine, providing smooth performance for your rides. With its air cooling system and 4-stroke design, it delivers a maximum horsepower of 12.4PS at 7250 rpm, along with a torque of 13.3 Nm at 5500 rpm. The clutch is wet and multiple-disc for easy handling.
For a comfortable ride, it's equipped with a telescopic fork front suspension with a 41mm inner tube diameter and fork boot. At the rear, there's a 7-step adjustable monocross suspension, ensuring stability on various terrains.
Braking is efficient and safe with a 282mm disc at the front and a 220mm disc at the rear, both featuring ABS for added security.
Verdict
The introduction of chrome and metallic black editions for Yamaha bikes adds visual variety but doesn't alter much in terms of features. While the FZ-X maintains its signature design across colour variants, its incentives for early buyers remain attractive.
