210cc Engine
Hero has replaced the 199cc engine with a 210cc unit from the Hero Karizma XMR, which produces 24.5 bhp and 20.4 Nm of torque, mated to a 6-speed transmission with a slipper and assist clutch. This is a significant upgrade, as the previous engine produced only 18.9 bhp and 17.35 Nm of torque. Earlier, it was projected that the Xpulse would receive a 250cc engine, but to everyone's surprise, it now features a 210cc engine.
Features
This hardcore adventure bike, which also happens to be the most affordable in its segment, offers 210mm of front suspension travel and 205mm of rear suspension travel. Hero claims the ground clearance of this bike is 220mm, which will be more suitable for riders above 6 feet.
Additionally, the motorcycle now features a 4.2-inch TFT display, replacing the previous LCD screen. Riders will also have the option to switch between ABS modes and connect their smartphones via Bluetooth. Another important feature to mention is the adjustable handlebars, along with 21-inch front and 18-inch rear wheels.
Expected Price
The previous Xpulse 200 4V starts at Rs 1.47 lakh, while the second variant, the Xpulse 200 4V Pro, costs Rs 1.54 lakh. With the new 210cc engine and increased power figures, it is likely that the price will go up. A price hike of Rs 7,000 to Rs 8,000 seems reasonable. Let's wait for the official announcement from Hero MotoCorp.

Verdict
One of the best dirt bikes in India, priced under Rs 2 lakh, the 200cc engine was great, but the new 210cc engine will take performance to a whole new level. Last night was a big moment for Hero, as they unveiled four new products, all of which have been received positively. Let's wait for the prices and see when they will announce the launch date.
