Now, in a recent spy shot the interior of the upcoming Creta EV has been spotted. The interior of the Creta EV shows a resemblance to the ICE version of the Creta. Hyundai Creta EV Interior Spotted
The newly spotted test mule has revealed the interior of the upcoming EV. The Creta EV will boast a lot of similarities with the ICE version of the Creta. The interior was seen with the same layout as the ICE version. It gets connected to a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment unit and a 10.25-inch instrument cluster.
The recent spotting has also revealed a slightly different steering wheel, beige coloured dashboard suggested a new interior color theme for the EV version. If we talk about other features, the Creta EV will be no less than the ICE version. It will get dual-zone climate control, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a panoramic sunroof, wireless charging, ventilated seats, and other features.
In terms of design, the previously spotted test mules have shown that the electric version has a similar design to the ICE version. It will get a connected LED DRL at the front, LED headlamps, and a large front grille. The side profile will receive a new design for the alloys which will be more aerodynamic. The rear will also get a similar design with a connected LED tail lamp as the ICE version.
Hyundai Creta EV Powertrain
The details about the powertrain are still under wraps. We anticipate the upcoming Creta EV will feature a 45-50 kWh battery pack and a front axle-mounted electric motor. It is expected to give a range of around 400 km on a single charge.
Verdict
The Hyundai Creta EV is one of the most anticipated electric vehicle expected to be launched by early 2025. It will be the first mass market EV by Hyundai in India. The Creta EV is expected to be priced in the range of Rs 18 lakh to 22 lakh (ex-showroom). The EV will compete with the MG ZS EV in the Indian market.
