With the rising fuel prices in the country, switching to electric mobility is the only solution. Not only it is cheaper to run but it is also environmentally friendly. However, the initial cost of ownership is what makes it an expensive affair. So owning a CNG vehicle is what comes in handy which several carmakers are starting to realise. Hyundai has finally launched the Grand i10 Nios CNG in the top-spec, Asta variant at Rs 8.45 lakh.
Earlier, the Grand i10 Nios CNG was available in both Magna as well as Sportz trim but Hyundai has now expanded it to Asta trim too. Its rival, Tata Tiago CNG is available in the top-spec variant too. It could be one of the reasons for Hyundai to bring CNG in the Asta trim.
Feature-wise, the Asta CNG version now gets projector headlights, 15-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels, chrome treatment on door handles, rear chrome garnish, a rear washer and wiper. These are the changes that will be seen on the outside.
