Hyundai i20 June Discount: Get Up To Rs.20,000 Off On The Premium Hatch

Various carmakers are offering lucrative discounts and benefits on their cars in June 2023. Now, the Hyundai i20 is next in line and is currently offering attractive offers for potential buyers. You can save up to Rs. 20,000 with your purchase of an i20 this month.

Hyundai i20 June Discounts

The offers are in the form of cash discounts and exchange bonuses. Customers can avail of these at Hyundai dealerships across the country. But remember that the validity remains only till June 30th.

It is important to note that the offers are not standard across variants. The i20 comes in four variants namely- Magna, Sports, Asta, and Asta(O). The offers are, however, only applicable to the Magna and Spotz variants. This month, these variants carry a cash discount of Rs. 10,000 and an exchange bonus of up to Rs. 10,000. Whereas the Asta and Asta(O) variants are retailing at their current price.

What's Under The Hood

Since the premium hatchback segment has already bid adieu to the diesel mill, with the Tata Altroz being the only exception here, the Hyundai i20 is currently offered with a petrol unit only. It gets a 1.0-liter turbo petrol and a 1.2-liter naturally aspirated engine. The former is good for 120 PS and 172 Nm of torque. The latter churns out 83PS power with a max torque of 114.7 Nm of torque.

Hyundai i20 Facelift Spied- Launch Soon

The facelift Hyundai i20 was spotted just recently testing in India after being launched globally back in April 2023. The facelift was wrapped on the front and rear while leaving the sides exposed suggesting the same profile but with revamped front and rear facia. It will get a tweaked head and tail lamps with redesigned bumpers and front grille as well. It will copy similar cosmetic updates as we saw on the global version. The facelift model is likely to hit the showrooms sooner than expected in the coming months.

VERDICT- The discounts on the i20 are limited to the base and the second base model only. So, if you were planning for the Asta or the Asta(O) variants, these might not be of any help to you.
