1. Hyundai Aura
Hyundai Aura is one of the three CNG sedans in India that offers the comfort of a sedan with the goodness of CNG's economy. It shares its platform with the Hyundai Grand i10 NIOS and comes in a total of 3 CNG variants starting from the E variant which is priced at Rs. 7.49 lakhs ex-showroom with the top-spec CNG trim being the SX CNG at Rs. 9.05 lakhs ex-showroom. Notably, it only comes with a manual transmission.
2. Maruti Dzire
Undoubtedly, the most popular sedan in India has to be the Maruti Dzire which has seen unprecedented success ever since it set foot in the space. Be it the mass popular design, its extremely fuel-efficient engine, or its engine reliability with lower costs of maintenance, the Dzire has it all. In its CNG guise, it is offered in a total of 2 variants namely VXI and ZXi priced at Rs. 8.44 lakhs and Rs. 9.12 lakhs ex-showroom. 3. Tata Tigor
Proudly donning 4 stars from the GNCAP crash testing, the Tata Tigor is the safest in its category (at least until all others get tested) of the CNG sedans in India. Tata Tigor is powered by a 3-cylinder 1.2L petrol engine that can be opted in a bi-fuel Petrol+CNG trim as well. In a total of 5 variants, it starts at Rs. 7.60 lakhs for the XM variant and goes up to Rs. 9.40 lakhs for the XZA+ trim.
