The waiting period of the recently launched Jeep Compass Trailhawk now soars up to as long as four months. Not only this but the Jeep claims that the first lot of the SUV was sold in less than two months. This 4x4 SUV was launched at Rs 30.72 lakh but its prices were hiked and now the company retails the product at Rs 30.97 lakh. All prices stick to ex-showroom, Delhi.
Jeep Compass Trailhawk is powered by a 2.0-litre, four-cylinder, turbocharged diesel engine. This unit produces as much as 168 bhp of power with a peak torque of 350 Nm. It is mated to a 9-speed automatic gearbox while the standard Compass also gets a 6-speed stick shift.

The Compass Traiilhawk gets a higher suspension than the Compass that makes water wading easy up to 19-inches deep. Similarly, it also gets a better approach and departure angle of bumpers to tackle the off-roading surfaces easier. There are several modes like Rock, Sand, Snow and Mud that help conquer the surfaces easier in the Compass Trailhawk.
Feature-wise, this one gets a panoramic sunroof, 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, Uconnect, 360-degree camera, integrated navigation with voice command, 9 amplified branded speakers with subwoofer, 12V power outlet, LED projector headlights, rain-sensing front wipers, auto-dimming inside rearview mirror and others.
