After this fresh round of hikes, the Meridian SUV now starts at an ex-showroom price of Rs. 33.40 lakh and tops out at Rs. 39.46 lakh. The Limited (O) Manual, Limited (O) Automatic, and Limited Plus Automatic models saw their old prices increase by Rs. 45,000, Rs. 47,000, and Rs. 48,000, respectively. Additionally, two new variants were introduced: the Overland Automatic with a price of Rs. 36,77,000 and the Overland 4x4 Automatic with a price of Rs. 39,46,000. The Limited (O) 4x4 Automatic and Limited Plus 4x4 Automatic models also experienced price increases of Rs. 51,000 each.
Features
The Jeep Meridian, a three-row SUV, offers a range of modern features including powered front seats, a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, wireless charging, and a 10.1-inch touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. In terms of safety, it comes with six airbags, traction control, ESC, and hill-start and descent control. With the 360-degree parking camera, selectable drive modes, powered tailgate, an Alpine 9-speaker audio system takes the tech quotient even further.
Powertrain
The vehicle is equipped with a single 2.0-litre, four-cylinder diesel engine, delivering a power output of 168bhp and a torque of 350 Nm. You have the option to choose between two transmission systems: a 6-speed manual and a 9-speed automatic. Additionally, select variants of the vehicle are equipped with a 4x4 system, which ensures power is distributed to all four wheels. This feature enhances traction and off-road capability, making it suitable for challenging terrains and adverse driving conditions.
