In a fresh round of price adjustments, MG Motors has raised the price of its flagship SUV, the MG Gloster by up to Rs. 78,000. As a result, the starting price of this 3-row SUV is set at Rs. 38.8 lakhs while the top-end model tops out at Rs. 43.16 lakhs. These changes indicate a price hike across the MG Gloster 2.0L Turbo Diesel lineup.

In October 2023, MG Gloster 2.0L Twin Turbo Diesel variants witnessed a price increase. The Savvy 7S 4x4 Automatic and Savvy 6S 4x4 Automatic models both saw their old prices of Rs. 42,37,800 rise by Rs. 78,000, resulting in new prices of Rs. 43,15,800.
MG Gloster Powertrain
There are 2 engine options with the MG Gloster SUV. A 2.0 liter 2WD Turbo Diesel churning out 160 PS power with a peak torque of 373.5 Nm of torque. The next option is a 2.0-litre twin turbo diesel 4X4 unit that produces 215 PS power with a maximum torque of 478.5 Nm.
While it has the flagship tag from MG Motors, it continues to rival the likes of Toyota Fortuner, Fortuner Legender, and the Skoda Kodiaq.
