Maruti Suzuki is all set to launch the updated Maruti Dzire in India. The upcoming sedan has been spotted with heavy camouflage multiple times previously. However, the sub-four metre sedan was spotted in fully undisguised form in the recent spy shots. These reveal the whole design language of the upcoming Dzire. 2024 Maruti Suzuki Dzire: Design
The 2024 Maruti Suzuki Dzire is based on the same Heartect platform as the current-gen model. It features some major design updates, including a new six-slat grille (different from the new Swift), and refreshed bumpers. On the side profile, you get new alloy wheels while on the rear- the new Dzire features a refreshed boot design and a light bar (expected).
A notable design element remains the electric single-pane sunroof on the new Dzire. This feature will position the new Dzire as the cheapest sedan to offer an electric sunroof in the Indian car market. Additionally, the automaker is expected to offer more colour options with the upcoming sedan.
New Maruti Suzuki Dzire: Features
The upcoming Maruti Dzire will derive some of its features from the new-gen Swift. It will feature a two-spoke steering wheel and a similar dashboard layout to the new-gen Swift. Other features will include a floating touchscreen infotainment screen, Auto AC, 360-degree camera and rear AC vents as well.
2024 Maruti Suzuki Dzire: Powertrain
The Maruti Dzire will source its power from a 1.2 litre, 3-cylinder Z-series engine. The powerplant be available with a five-speed manual and a five-speed AGS. The automaker is also expected to come up with a CNG variant of the new Dzire at the time of launch or maybe later on.

Verdict
The 2024 Maruti Suzuki Dzire looks promising with its refreshed design, sunroof, and updated features. The addition of a CNG variant and a modern infotainment system makes it competitive.
