MG Motors India is all set to reveal the Comet EV on 19th April. The Comet EV is MG Motor's second electric car for the Indian market, the first being the ZS EV. The exterior pictures of the Comet EV are already out on the internet. And now we finally have the interior images of the MG Comet EV. The interior images of the Comet EV reveal a lot about its infotainment system, in-car entertainment system & instrument cluster. On the exterior, the new MG Comet EV shares a lot of similarities with the Wuling Air EV, which is sold in many international markets. Similarly, in the interior too, the new MG Comet EV has a lot in common with the Wuling Air EV. Hence, here are all the interior images of the new MG Comet EV.
MG Comet EV Interior Images
The new MG Comet EV gets modern & smart-looking dual displays in the dashboard. Both are 10.25-inch displays dedicated to the infotainment system and driver's instrument cluster. Moreover, the UI/UX of the infotainment system offers customizable widgets of different sizes & dimensions. There are also 3 fully customizable pages on the home screen to give customers easy access to a range of entertainment, navigation, and connectivity options. In addition to the touchscreen, the infotainment system also includes a range of intuitive controls, including voice commands, making it easy for drivers to access their preferred features without taking their eyes off the road.
The new Comet EV comes with a reverse camera & rear parking sensors. It also has easy-to-use physical rotary knobs for controlling the air conditioner settings.
The front seats of the Comet EV are separated by a central console that houses the front power window controls, the electric parking brake with an auto hold button, the rotary dial for selecting drive modes, and huge storage space.
Although the Comet EV is a three-door car, it does get 4 seats. The rear seats also get the ISOFIX child seat anchorages for the safety of small kids.
The side door panel of the MG Comet EV comes in dual-tone color. The side quarter glass, the integrated speaker & tweeter, and the door pocket for storage can also be seen in the image above.
