Skoda Service CAM
The newly launched Skoda Service CAM is an all-new digital tool that enables dealerships to send customers video documentation of their vehicles. In the event of unforeseen defects found during car repairs, customers receive a personalized link through SMS or email. This link contains a video presentation along with cost calculations for the necessary repairs. From the convenience of their homes or offices, customers can then make informed decisions on whether to proceed with the work or not. Service CAM eliminates the need for back-and-forth calls, offering customers complete transparency in the repair process.
