- The Monte Carlo Edition will be based on the top-spec variant of Slavia
- Expect a decent price increase of Rs 30,000 to Rs 40,000 for this edition
- Slavia is available with two engine options - 1.0L TSI and 1.5L TSI
After the successful launch of Slavia, Skoda is now considering the Monte Carlo edition of the same. This edition is seen on the Kushaq as well and we expect the Czech carmaker to bring the Monte Carlo version for both 1.0L TSI and 1.5L TSI of Slavia.
They currently have the Kushaq Monte Carlo Editon as well and it is available in two shades - Candy White with Black and Tornado Red with Black. It gets blacked-out LED headlights, gloss black treatment on the grille, fog light housing, faux skid plates, ORVMs and more. Moreover, the exteriors of the Kushaq get dechromed treatment.
We can expect a similar treatment with the Slavia Monte Carlo Edition as well. Do expect a new colour shade as well. Similarly, we can expect tweaked alloy wheels design and the interior too will be changed to the theme of the Monte Carlo Edition. Both on the outside and inside, expect Monte Carlo badging as well.

It gets mated to a 6-speed manual transmission as standard and a six-speed torque converter automatic gearbox as an option.
The bigger and more powerful 1.5L TSI is a four-cylinder, turbocharged petrol motor. It belts out 148 bhp of power with a peak torque of 250 Nm. A 6-speed stick shift is observed as standard and a 7-speed DSG as an option with the Slavia.
