2024 Tata Altroz Racer: Sporty Exterior
In a sneak peek, you can catch a glimpse of the Altroz Racer, showcasing its spirited exhaust note. This version boasts a sportier vibe, flaunting a dual-tone paint job in vibrant orange with sleek black accents. These black highlights grace various parts, from the front bonnet to the roof, OVRMs, and even the C-Pillar Mounted Rear Door Handles, giving it a striking appearance.
Look closely, and you'll notice crisp white racing stripes adorning the bonnet and roof, adding a dash of flair. The rest of the car is adorned with touches of lively orange. Completing the look are sleek 16-inch alloy wheels, finished in a classy black, and the addition of new Racer badging.

Tata Altroz Racer: Feature Details
Inside, you'll notice a stylish dual-tone dashboard and seats adorned with racing stripes for a sporty touch. As for features, expect an upgraded selection including a 10.25-inch touchscreen for infotainment, a 7-inch digital driver's display, a Head-Up Display, ambient lighting, cruise control, leatherette seats, rain-sensing wipers, automatic climate control, remote keyless entry, an electric sunroof with voice command, surround-view camera, and more.
On the safety front, anticipate six airbags, voice alerts, central lock switch, anti-lock braking system, electronic stability control, ISOFIX child seat anchors, electronic brake distribution, and other standard features.
Tata Altroz Racer: Under The Hood
Underneath the Altroz Racer's hood, you'll find the same 1.2-liter turbo-petrol engine as the Tata Nexon. This engine will deliver 120 bhp and 170 Nm of torque, a nice bump of 10 bhp and 20 Nm of torque compared to the regular Altroz turbo engine. It'll be matched with a 6-speed manual transmission, with the possibility of a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission being offered as well, unlike the standard Altroz which only comes with a 5-speed manual transmission for this engine.
As for the price, it's expected to range between 10.00 lakh to 12.80 lakh (ex-showroom). The Altroz Racer will be squaring off directly against the Hyundai i20 N Line.
