Tata Motors has shared the second teaser of the Tata Curvv, featuring both the electric vehicle (EV) and internal combustion engine (ICE) test models. This time, theyre shown tackling the challenging high-altitude terrain of Leh-Ladakh, reaching heights of over 17,000 feet above sea level with temperatures ranging from -200C to 300C. The Curvv models are seen navigating rough, rocky roads, showcasing their rugged capabilities.

Tata Curvv EV Teased Again: Launch Soon
In the teaser, we catch a glimpse of the driver display, which shows the speed crossing the 101 km/h mark, along with other information like temperature. If you look closely, you can also see the presence of the ADAS feature with lane-keep assist on the display. This clearly indicates that ADAS will be included. Besides lane-keep assist, it's expected that other ADAS features like Front Collision Warning, Lane Departure Warning (LDW), Driver Attention Warning (DAW), High Beam Assist (HBA), and more will be available.
There was also a brief moment showing a rotary dial with three driving modes - city, eco, and sport. This means the Tata Curvv EV will come with these three driving modes. Additionally, there was a glimpse of a "+" sign behind the steering wheel, indicating that the vehicle will have paddle shifters.
The interior of the Tata Curvv EV will feature a 10.25-inch display, similar to the one found in the Tata Nexon EV. The dashboard layout is expected to resemble the Nexon EV as well, with some shared features. It will also include a 4-spoke steering wheel featuring an illuminated Tata logo, inspired by the design seen in the Harrier and Safari models.

Tata Curvv EV: Launch Timeline, Range, And Rivals
The Tata Curvv EV will launch in the second half of 2024, with teasers already out. It's likely to debut by the end of this month or early August. The petrol variant will come out next year.
While exact specs aren't out, the Curvv EV will use Tata's new Acti.ev platform. It'll offer two battery options: medium range and long range, with a potential driving range of up to 500km. It is poised to compete with the MG ZS EV and the upcoming Maruti Suzuki eVX and Hyundai Creta EV.
