These particular spy shots show the Harrier EV being tested with almost no camouflage. It appears very similar to the regular Harrier, but certain elements help in differentiating between the two. The Harrier badge has been shifted slightly towards the left, indicating the 'EV' badge has been removed from the test mule.
Additionally, the thick orange cables commonly seen in electric vehicles were spotted on the lower left side of the SUV. Most notably, the test mule was silent and emitted that signature humming sound of EVs, unlike the roar of the engines.

The Harrier EV will be built on the advanced Acti.ev+ architecture and it will feature a dual electric motor setup, thus enabling all-wheel drive. While the brand remains tight-lipped about the battery specs and performance, it is expected to deliver 500km of range in a single charge.
In terms of features, the Tata Harrier EV is likely to come with things such as 360-degree camera, panoramic sunroof, Level 2 ADAS, ventilated front seats, and LED headlights. Additionally, it will also come with Tata's iRA-connected car technology along with summon mode, which allows the car to be driven remotely without the driver inside.
While prices are yet to be announced, we can expect Tata to reveal them sometime within the first quarter of this year.
