Tata Motors Anubhav mobile showrooms will cater to customer experience in rural India, and enhance their passenger vehicle buying experience.
Indias leading automotive brand, Tata Motors has launched a unique doorstep buying program for its rural customers in India called, Anubhav. This unique experience is aimed to increase its reach in the countrys tehsils and talukas. Tata Motors believes that the rural populations hold high potential in terms of economy.
As per the new program, a total of 103 mobile showrooms will be deployed across the country. These mobile showrooms will help existing dealerships offer doorstep sales experience to customers and assist them with further information about the companys new Forever range of cars and SUVs. It will also provide information about accessories, finance schemes, and even book a test drive or evaluate existing cars for exchange benefits.

The mobile showrooms are Tata Motors' very own Intra V10 lightweight commercial vehicle. The trucks will be operated by different dealerships, who will define the monthly routes and also decide the tehsils or talukas. The mobile showrooms will also come equipped with GPS facilities to monitor the movement for better utilization of routes and guidance.
Speaking at the occasion of the launch was Mr. Rajan Amba, Vice President, Sales, Marketing and Customer Care of Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Ltd. He said, &. This is a significant step towards taking the brand to the hinterland and making our New Forever range of cars & SUVs more accessible while reducing our dependability on the traditionally followed model of a brick-and-mortar facility. These mobile showrooms will be a one-stop solution for rural customers seeking information about our cars, finance schemes, exchange offers, etc.

He further added, They will also derive important consumer insights and data for us to further improve our customer outreach. Rural India sales contribute around 40% to the total passenger vehicles sold in India and with this concept, we are confident of expanding our reach, and increasing our customer base in these markets.
The Tata Motors passenger vehicle segment starts with the small hatchback Tiago, followed by the Tigor subcompact sedan. The Altroz slots in above these two vehicles as the premium hatchback, followed by the entry-level sub-compact SUV Punch. This is then followed by the Nexon, the Harrier, and finally the Safari. Then theres the EV version of the Tigor and Nexon, along with the newly launched Kaziranga Editions of its SUV range, and the Tigor's CNG variant. There are a total of 7 badges in Tata's passenger vehicle segment all priced between Rs. 5.76 lakh (starting on-road price in Delhi for the Tiago), and Rs. 22, 41, 500 with the Dark Edition of the Safari.
