The Bharat Mobility Expo 2025 is not so far now. Some auto majors will be launching their highly anticipated products at the Mega event. These include Tata Motors, Kia Motors, Maruti Suzuki, Mahindra and others. The primary attraction point of the event would be electric cars this time. The dates for the expo are already out and it will be organised from January 17-22, 2025. Some of the major nameplates scheduled to be unveiled at this event are the Maruti Suzuki eVX, Kia Syros, Tata Harrier, Sierra EV and Skoda Kylaq. Below you can check out every detail of these cars. Maruti e Vitara
Earlier known to be eVX, the e Vitara is going to be Maruti's first-ever electric car globally. The increasing competition and demand for electric SUVs might have pushed the brand to come up with an electric product in the respective category. Scheduled to be unveiled at the Bharat Mobility Expo 2025, the Maruti Suzuki eVX will be officially launched in our region in Q1 of 2025. The eVX will be manufactured at the brand's Sanand plant located in Gujarat. The eVX will offer two battery pack options which include a 48 kWh and 60 kWh option, enabling a range of up to 500 km.
Hyundai Creta EV
Hyundai Creta EV, is the electric version of the brand's most-selling SUV is also going to showcased at the Bharat Mobility Expo 2025. It is expected to be powered by a 45 kWh battery pack paired with a single motor. This setup will provide a range of up to 450 km. Hyundai has said that it will start producing the electric car next month (December 2024).
Kia Syros
The Kia Syros is another big unveil that will take place at the Bharat Mobility Expo 2025. In terms of design, the Kia Syros will get a similar design language as the EV9. Its features will include an electric sunroof, 360-degree camera, ventilated seats and ADAS Level 1 suite. The Syros will be offered with both petrol and diesel powertrains. Later on after the launch of ICE-powered Syros, the company will also launch an electric version of the compact SUV.
Tata Harrier and Sierra EV
Tata Motors also has plans to unveil the Harrier and Sierra EV at the Bharat Mobility Expo 2025. Both Harrier and Sierra EV are based on the brand's born EV- Acti.ev platform. The Harrier is currently sold in the ICE version while there are expectations of the arrival of the ICE-powered Sierra as well. The ICE version of the Sierra will be based on the ATLAS platform which the brand has also utilized for Curvv.
Skoda Kylaq
The Skoda Kylaq will also be one of the unveils at the Bharat Mobility Expo 2025. The automaker will launch the Nexon rival in Q1 of 2025. The Skoda Kylaq sources power from a 1.0-litre TSI engine paired with MT and AMT. In terms of features, the Kylaq offers a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system, an 8-inch digital driver's display and six-way adjustable seats (front) with a ventilation function.
