Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) India has increased the price of its hatchback Glanza by up to Rs 12,000. All of the variants' costs, including the CNG variants, have raised by the brand. The increase starts at Rs 7,000 for petrol variants, Rs 2,000 for CNG variants, and Rs 12,000 for automatic models. The hatchback's features and design are unaltered by the price increase. This price increase was just implemented following the price increase for the Urban Cruiser Hyryder.

A 1.2-liter petrol engine and a 1.2-liter bi-fuel CNG engine are still available for the Glanza. The former has a power output of 89 bhp and a maximum torque of 113 Nm. A 5-speed manual gearbox is standard with this engine, and an AMT is available. The latter produces a maximum torque of 98.5 Nm and 76 bhp of power. Only a five-speed manual transmission is available with this engine.
The Glanza has a host of features, including a head-up display, automatic climate control, a rake and reach-adjustable steering wheel, power-folding ORVMs, and a 9.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The hatchback's safety features also include hill hold control, electronic stability control, a 360-degree camera, reverse parking sensors, ABS with EBD, a high-speed alert system, six airbags, and more.
Verdict: Some prospective purchasers may become turned off by the recent price increase. The cost of the brand's Urban Cruiser Hyryder SUV has lately raised by up to Rs 50,000.
