The Nexon Kaziranga Edition was recently teased alongside other respective models. But Tata Motors has now confirmed that the limited edition model will also boast some exclusive features.
Tata Motors India has announced that the 2022 Nexon Kaziranga Edition will get ventilated seats in the 1st and 2nd rows, along with an air purifier. These are some of the most exclusive features to be available with the Nexon badge. The ventilated seats will later trickle down to the Nexon XZ (O)+ variant as well. The seats will also be wrapped in an exclusive leatherette cover, also shared with other Kaziranga Edition (KE) models. This makes the Nexon KE the second compact SUV in the segment to get ventilated seats.

Tata had recently teased its range of Kaziranga models (link above) of the Safari, Harrier, and Nexon SUVs. A few days before this, the Indian marquee had unveiled the Punch Kaziranga Edition, which will be auctioned off at the IPL and the proceedings will go towards the conservation of Kazirangas single-horned rhinoceros.
Just like the Punch Kaziranga Edition model, the Nexon KE will also get a unique bronze paint shade with an embossed logo of the single-horned rhinoceros, under the side mirrors. This logo is also present on the dashboard on the inside, and the seats. The cabin layout remains more or less the same with the Nexon XZ(O)+ model. By the way, aside from the ventilated seats and air purifier, the seats will be wrapped in an exclusive Beneko Kaliko Dual-Tone earthy beige leatherette, as standard with the Nexon Kaziranga Edition model only.

Mechanically, the 2022 Nexon Kazirange Edition remains the same, and it will draw power from the same 120 hp, 1.2-liter turbo petrol engine option, and 110 hp 1.5-liter diesel engine option.
A definitive timeline for the launch of the Nexon Kaziranga Edition model is still not available. But we are expecting a launch date sometime around March and April.
