KIA India has recently introduced the updated version of its mid-size SUV, the Seltos, which has garnered an overwhelmingly positive reception. It appears that the Korean automaker is now gearing up to unveil the facelift of its sub-4 meter SUV, the Sonet. The upcoming Sonet facelift has been repeatedly seen during testing, and in a recent spy photograph, the rear design of the upcoming facelift has been revealed in the picture.

KIA Sonet Facelift
The Sonet test mule, which was recently sighted, was covered with camouflage both at the front and rear, strongly hinting at significant alterations to both ends of the vehicle. In the new images, the rear tail lamp design stands out, resembling the updated Seltos, with a vertical tail lamp design that appears to share similarities. Additionally, we can anticipate some modifications to the front grille and headlamp design
In terms of features, we can anticipate a makeover that includes a redesigned instrument console, an updated infotainment screen, the introduction of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), a 360-degree camera, a dashboard camera, and fresh seat upholstery. While features like an electric sunroof, ventilated seats, wireless charging, and wireless connectivity will remain unchanged in the facelift, the inclusion of ADAS represents a notable safety enhancement.

KIA Sonet Engine Options
Presently, the Sonet offers a variety of engine and transmission choices. This includes the current range of engines, which consists of the 1.2-liter naturally aspirated petrol engine, the 1.5-liter diesel engine, and the 1.0-liter turbo-petrol engine. As the launch date approaches, more details are likely to surface.
