2023 New-Gen Hyundai Verna:
The newly launched 2023 Hyundai Verna is the first sub-15-Lakh midsize sedan in India to offer 6 airbags as standard. It also offers ESP, traction control, hill hold & Highline TPMS from the second base variant itself. The presence of 6 airbags as standard equipment makes the Verna compliant with the upcoming government safety norms. Moreover, Verna also gets Hyundai Smartsense advanced level-2 ADAS tech with a camera + radar setup on its top trims. The new 2023 Honda City facelift gets 4 airbags as standard and 6 airbags on the second top and top trim. Also, the midsize sedan from Honda is presently the most affordable car in India to offer ADAS tech. It offers Honda Sensing ADAS tech from the second base variant itself. Honda also offers active safety features like ESP, traction control, hill hold & warning-based TPMS as standard on all the variants of City 2023.
Mahindra XUV300:

The compact SUV still holds the title of the safest compact SUV currently available in India. Mahindra offers 6 airbags on the top trim of the XUV300.
