Yamaha FZ-X: Powertrain And Features
The FZ-X will keep all its current features intact. This includes a 149-cc engine that packs 12.4 PS of power at 7,250 rpm and 13.3 Nm of torque at 5500 rpm.
It comes with handy features like a Traction Control System (TCS), single-channel ABS for the front brake along with a rear disc brake, a versatile Multi-function LCD instrument cluster, a bright LED headlight, a rear mudguard, a lower engine guard for added protection, and connectivity through the Bluetooth-enabled Y-Connect App, among other things.
Verdict
While Yamaha new colours brings a refreshing look to the lineup, it's essentially a cosmetic upgrade with no substantial changes in performance or features. The inclusion of a Casio G-Shock watch for early buyers adds a nice attraction point.
