Bajaj CNG Bike

Engine: The upcoming CNG bike from Bajaj is expected to use a 100-160cc setup. While the details have not been revealed till now, it is expected to get a decently powerful engine that will produce around 8-10 bhp of peak power output. A 5-speed gearbox might be offered on it.

Mileage: The CNG bike will run on the CNG fuel and the efficiency of it is expected to be somewhere around 60-70 km per kg of CNG fuel. Bajaj will also fit a small petrol tank on it to help in case of emergencies.

Suspension and Brakes: The CNG bike will come equipped with a telescopic front and dual-shocker rear suspension setup. Moreover, the brakes on it will possibly be a single disc at the front and drum brake at the rear. Bajaj might also equip it with a single-channel ABS.

Features: Bajaj is expected to equip the upcoming CNG bike with features like halogen lights, a semi-digital instrument console, a USB phone charger, alloy wheels, self-start, engine side stand cut-off, and more.

Dimensions: The upcoming CNG bike is expected to be based on the platform of the CT 110X. Therefore, the dimensions and size of it can be somewhere identical to the CT 110X.

Launch: Bajaj has confirmed that it’ll launch in the next quarter of 2024. We expect the CNG bike to go on sale around Diwali festive season.

Price: The pricing of the CNG bike is expected to be around Rs 90,000.

Rivals: There are no rivals to the CNG bike in India or even around the world as it’ll be the first-ever CNG bike to get launched.
