Hyundai Creta is a very popular SUV in the Indian market. This mid-size SUV was first launched in India in the year 2015 and in 2018, it also got a mid-life facelift. Fast forward to March 2020, Hyundai launched the all-new Creta in India. The new 2020 Hyundai Creta is a very impressive product. The Creta has always been the best-selling mid-size SUV and the new-gen model is no different. The company has just announced that the bookings for the 2020 Hyundai Creta have now crossed the 1.15 lakh mark.
At present, the Hyundai Creta is the best-selling mid-size SUV in the Indian market. In September 2020, Hyundai sold more than 12,300 units of the all-new Creta. It was launched in March this year, just before the nationwide lockdown happened. It is worth mentioning that even during the pandemic, the Creta registered good sales figures. Now, the company has announced that the new 2020 Hyundai Creta has garnered over 1,15,000 bookings. Also, more than 60 per cent bookings are for the diesel-powered Creta only.

The turbocharged petrol variant is also in very good demand. Also, it is worth mentioning that the connected car tech is loved by people as more than 25,000 customers have opted for the Creta with BlueLink connectivity. All thanks to the new Creta and the Venue sub-compact SUV, Hyundai now has 26 per cent market share in the compact SUV segment for the current year (between January-September 2020). The South Korean carmaker has also revealed that the new 2020 Hyundai Creta is the most researched model on India's first and most comprehensive end-to-end car-buying platform 'Click to Buy' with over 1,100 bookings to date.
Commenting on the same, Tarun Garg, Director - Sales, Marketing & Service, Hyundai Motor India Ltd., said, "Reaffirming a legacy of leadership in the SUV segment, Hyundai Creta has set another benchmark in the industry with over 5,20,000 sales mark since its launch in 2015. The Creta recorded sales of 12,325 units in September 2020, continuing to top sales charts in its segment." The all-new Hyundai Creta is available with three engine options - 1.4-litre turbo petrol, 1.5-litre naturally-aspirated petrol and a 1.5-litre diesel engine and they are mated to several transmission options.

The new Hyundai Creta is currently priced between Rs. 9.81 lakhs - Rs. 17.31 lakhs, Ex-showroom Delhi.
