We shared the leaked images of the Maruti Suzuki Ignis facelift some time back and we were expecting it to get launched at the 2020 Auto Expo. Now it is official, 2020 Maruti Ignis is launching on the 7th February at the 2020 Auto Expo. Here is what to expect from the mid-life facelift of the car!
Looking at the changes, they aren't prominent. The facelift gets some revisions done the front like new grille borrowed from the Spresso, chrome surrounded headlights, faux scuff plates and fog lamp housing. All in all, it looks more of a crossover than a hatchback with the revisions.

The side profile is completely the same as before with funky roof rails and 3 slat design on the D pillar. Talking about the rear profile, it will get a revised bumper with faux scuff plates and reflectors on the bumper also. Alloy wheel design will be the same and also be offered in the Suzuki XL5 electric.
We don't expect major changes in the interior with a similar design theme carried over. It will get the updated 7.0-inch smart play studio system with both Android Auto and Apple car play. Safety features include 2 airbags, ABS, EBD, ISOFIX child anchorages, seatbelt reminders and speed sensing alarm.
