Hyundai Venue is one of the most successful compact SUVs in the market and has been on sale for nearly three years now. This SUV has been due for a facelift in India and looks like, Hyundai will bring a facelifted Venue in 2022 along with its performance-oriented, N Line version too.
The India spec 2022 Hyundai Venue will be launching this year and the carmaker will bring the N Line variant with it. This one will carry similar design aesthetics as the popular i20 N Line. Mechanically, there won't be any difference to the N Line Venue but design-wise, this variant will carry red accents on the brake callipers, roof rails and on the faux skid plates present at the front and rear.
On the outside, we do expect N line badging on the fenders and the bootlid. Just like the i20 N Line, the Venue N Line too will get black ORVMs and chrome finish exhaust pipe. Moving towards the cabin then it'll feature an all-black design theme with red inserts on the seats, dashboard as well as on steering wheel.

Mechanically, Hyundai Venue N Line will be powered by a 1.0-litre, BS6 compliant, four-cylinder turbocharged petrol motor. This engine will be mated to a 7-speed DCT and generates 118 bhp on tap with 172 Nm of peak torque.
Now, sharing the details of the Hyundai Venue facelift then on the outside, this compact SUV will take inspiration from the Creta and Tucson facelift. A new parametric grille design followed by a tweaked headlight layout with integrated LED daytime running lights, bumper design and inclusion of faux skid plates that give the front profile a sportier look.
Moving to the side profile of the Venue facelift then it'll retain the silhouette like before but the SUV will now ride on new alloy wheels. At the rear, the changes will be limited to the bumper and tail lamps. The latter will feature a split set-up like its elder sibling, Creta.

Feature-wise, the facelifted Venue is expected to get an all-digital instrument cluster, a larger 10.25-inch touchscreen with BlueLink connectivity. We do expect wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, an updated music system, a large sunroof and more. Do expect some new comfort features too.
Under the hood, the facelifted Venue will be powered by three engine options - 1.0L turbo petrol, 1.2L non-turbo and 1.5L diesel unit. The former generates the same power as the Venue N Line while the non-turbo version is a four-cylinder unit that produces 82 bhp with 114 Nm of peak torque. This engine is only mated to a 5-speed stick shift. The oil burner produces 99 bhp with 250 Nm of peak torque and only gets a 6-speed manual transmission. We do expect 1.5L diesel to get paired with a 6-speed torque converter unit when it gets launched in the market.
