Engines
The upcoming Baleno will be powered by the same 1.2-litre DualJet engine as the previous generation Baleno. Maruti will make a few minor changes to improve performance. The Baleno's 1.2-litre engine produces 89 bhp power and 113 Nm of peak torque.

Exterior Design
The Hyundai i20 is one of the most appealing premium hatchbacks available in the Indian market. The hatch carries a sporty design language which comes equipped with LED projector headlamps integrated with LED DRLs, parametric jewel pattern grille, bold character lines upfront. Also, depending on the variant the i20 gets hyper style wheels and diamond-cut alloy wheels.

The 2022 Maruti Suzuki Baleno will feature a Heads-Up Display (HUD), a new dashboard with redesigned AC vents on the centre console, a nine-inch SmartPlay Pro+ touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, automatic climate control, a height-adjustable driver seat, an Arkayms music system, six airbags, and rear AC vents, as well as a new dashboard with redesigned AC vents on the centre.
On the other hand, the Hyundai i20 is nothing less, the cabin of the car has a sleek black interior with colour inlays.
