2022 Maruti Suzuki Ertiga VXI Walkaround Review Video

Maruti Suzuki recently launched the redesigned Ertiga MPV, which includes new features and a new engine. The people mover has gained immense popularity among personal and fleet buyers around the country. Maruti hopes that the redesigned Ertiga would attract more buyers. The pricing of a Maruti Suzuki Ertiga starts at Rs 8.35 lakh and goes up to Rs 12.79 lakh (ex-showroom). Below is the video of the first walkaround review of the 2022 Maruti Ertiga VXI variant.

A YouTuber by the name Automobile Review has posted the first walkaround review of the 2022 Maruti Ertiga VXI.

The MPV's white colour scheme can be seen in the video, along with a new chrome winged front grille and reworked bumper. On the side, 15-inch wheels of the VXI model have wheel covers, and the ORVMs include turn indicators. The tailgate of the MPV now has a new chrome garnish.

2022 Ertiga VXI

Interior features include a music system with electrostatic buttons in the VXI variant and a 7-inch SmartPlay Pro touchscreen infotainment system in the higher variant. The VXI model comes with steering-wheel-mounted controls and a manual climate control system. Also, the dashboard on the mid-spec VXI has a normal dual-tone colour whereas the top-spec ZXI and ZXI+ have a metallic teak-wooden finish the dashboard.

Engine Specifications

The new 1.5-litre K15C DualJet engine powers the Ertiga in 2022. The model shown in the video is the petrol-only model, which produces 102 bhp of power and 136.8 Nm of peak torque. The engine is connected to a 5-speed manual transmission and a 6-speed manual transmission.

2022 Ertiga

The 2022 Ertiga VXI variant, on the other hand, is also available in S-CNG, which produces 99 bhp of power and 136 Nm of torque in petrol mode and 88 bhp of power and 121.5 Nm of peak torque in CNG mode. The S-CNG models only come with a 5-speed manual transmission.

As far as the pricing is concerned, the petrol-only version of the Maruti Ertiga now costs between Rs. 8.35 lakh and Rs. 12.79 lakh (ex-showroom) while the S-CNG variant costs between Rs. 10.44 lakh and Rs. 11.54 lakh (ex-showroom).
