2024 MG Gloster Spied: New Exterior Styling
The 2024 MG Gloster facelift is set to undergo a notable transformation, featuring significantly larger dimensions. As essentially a rebadged version of the Maxus D90 or LDV D90 from international markets, this holds true for the overall design and styling of the SUV. The MG Gloster facelift is anticipated to exhibit larger dimensions, drawing design inspiration from the new LDV D90 showcased for international markets.
The facelift is expected to measure 5,214 mm in length, 2,016 mm in width, and 1,876 mm in height, providing a more spacious interior and a larger boot. The refreshed front fascia will incorporate design elements from the new LDV D90, including updated lighting, grille, and front and rear bumpers.
Interior Updates
The MG Gloster facelift will boast interior upgrades such as a redesigned dashboard, a new touchscreen infotainment system, and an updated center console. Drawing inspiration from the new D90, the facelift may include a relocated gear selector behind the steering wheel, rotary dials for drive modes, and 4x4 mode selection on the center console. While the instrument console and steering wheel are likely to remain the same, expect new customizable options for the interior theme.

Both engines come with an 8-speed torque converter gearbox, and users can choose from drive modes like Eco, Auto, and Sport, as well as terrain modes such as Snow, Sand, Mud, and Rock. With these engine options, the facelifted Gloster will keep rivalling the Toyota Fortuner, Skoda Kodiaq, and Isuzu MU-X.
Verdict
The upcoming MG Gloster facelift will aim to improve upon its exisiting positioning in the market. Even though it is a feature rich and a dimensionally significant SUV, it is coming with more features and increased size.
