Update: On November 14, BYD announced the Atto 3 EV's pricing for the Indian market. The cost of the BYD Atto 3 is Rs 33.99 lakh (ex-showroom). When compared to the MG ZS EV and Hyundai Kona EV at this pricing bracket, the EV SUV has a significant price difference.
The Atto 3 is the second vehicle that BYD has introduced in the Indian market. The new BYD electric SUV has a tonne of features; the price has not yet been disclosed, but it is anticipated to be in the range of Rs 25 to 30 lakh. The BYD Atto 3 has the largest battery and the longest range (521 km) of the three. Compared to the ZS EV and Atto 3, the Kona EV has more torque, while the Atto 3 has more power. Additionally, the Atto 3 is faster than the ZS EV and Kona EV.

On the features front the BYD Atto 3 gets a panoramic sunroof, a 5-inch digital instrument panel, powered driver and passenger seat. Wireless charging, automatic climate control, PM 2.5 air filter. It has a 12.8-inch rotating touchscreen infotainment system, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and 8 speakers. BYD Atto 3 is one of the safest vehicles among the competition thanks to the inclusion of 7 airbags, TPMS, ESP a 360-degree camera, and ADAS.
On the other hand the ZS EV also gets a panoramic sunroof, 10.1 inch infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, wireless charging, a 7-inch digital instrument cluster, 360-degree camera, basic ADAS features, 6-airbags among other features.

Although the BYD Atto 3 price has not yet been disclosed, it is anticipated to be in the range of Rs 2530 lakh. For early buyers, BYD is providing a number of promotional warranty packages. The battery pack warranties for all three electric vehicles are the same at five years.

BYD is a well-known manufacturer of EVs who has been making electric buses in India for many years. With the Atto 3, the brand's second electric vehicle, it hopes to increase sales in the personal mobility market. On the other hand, the ZS EV and the Hyundai Kona EV are widely known EVs in India.
