The Citroen C5 Aircross price starts from INR 31.80 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) for the base, Feel variant, while the range-topping Shine variant is priced at INR 32.80 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The brand announced that the price of the car will be further increased by 3 per cent of the current ex-showroom cost with effect from January 1, 2022. The brand says that the continued rise in ocean freight costs and increasing prices of other essential commodities are a few of the main reasons behind the upcoming price hike.

The price hike was announced shortly after the launch of the VW Tiguan facelift at a starting price of INR 31.99 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The C5 Aircross rivals the cars like the Jeep Compass, VW Tiguan, Hyundai Tucson, etc and gets a powerful 2.0-L diesel engine that churns out 177 PS and 400 Nm of peak torque. The C5 Aircross also boasts an extremely comfortable car and an extensive features list that makes it a great car for anyone who is looking for supreme luxury and an impressive in-cabin experience in this segment.
