The French car brand Citroen recently unveiled its electric hatchback eC3 for the Indian market in two variants i.e. LIVE & FEEL. Between both, FEEL is the higher variant and gets most of the features. Though the company revealed every detail about the vehicle and its variants, the prices are yet to be announced. Citroen eC3: Powertrain, Battery & Charging
Citroen has launched the eC3 with a single electric motor and battery pack option. Thus, there is no difference between the LIVE and FEEL variants of eC3 when it comes to these technical specs. The eC3 gets a 29.2 kWh battery pack paired with an electric motor generating 57 PS of power and 143 Nm of torque. With a certified MIDC range of 320 km, the eC3 can go from 0 to 60 kmph in 6.8 seconds. The top speed of eC3 is restricted to 107 kmph. The electric hatchback gets two driving modes i.e Standard & ECO. Also, the customers of both variants of eC3 will get a 3.3 kW onboard charger for regular charging.
Citroen eC3: Dimensions
The dimensions of eC3 remain almost the same as its ICE counterpart - the C3. The eC3 is 3981mm in length, 1733mm in width, 1586mm/1604mm (with roof rails) in height, and 2540mm in wheelbase. The boot space in eC3 too remains the same at 315 Litres. However, the ground clearance of eC3 stands at 170mm, 10mm lower than the ICE C3's 180mm.
