Citroen C3 Electric
The Citroen C3 premium hatchback is a recent entrant in the Indian market and it is available in two petrol powertrains only. Recently, a test mule of C3 electric has been spotted on test in a thick camouflage not much can be said about the changes it will boast which makes it different from its ICE sibling.
The C3 electric will be produced locally in India and would include the same e-CMP platform as its ICE version. Specifications about the electric drivetrain are currently unknown. According to certain reports, it will have two battery packs. The lower models most likely have a battery pack with a reduced capacity and offer a range of about 300 kilometres after a full charge. The higher-spec model is anticipated to have a range of more than 350 kilometres with a larger battery.
In terms of features, the C3 electric is anticipated to get minor EV-specific alterations while maintaining the same standard features as the C3 ICE models. Digital instrument cluster, steering-mounted controls, remote locking, tilt-adjustable steering, front power windows with driver one-touch down, air conditioning unit, 10.2-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, dual airbags, and other features are among the features of the C3 petrol variants.
