More Potent 250cc Engine
The upcoming Hero Karizma will get a bigger powerplant that will make it a more potent and racing-oriented motorcycle. The unit on offer is expected to be a 250cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine. We can expect an increase of 5 to 6 bhp of power and torque with the new powerplant. For transmission, it will get a six-speed gearbox.
Frame Updates and Hardware
The upcoming Karizma XMR 250 will continue with the same frame and chassis. But there are some major changes expected in the hardware. These include a USD front fork, larger disc brakes when compared to the currently available Karizma XMR 210. Additionally, we can expect some reduction in weight of the bike for better manoeuvrability.
Design Changes
The upcoming Karizma XMR 250 is expected to get a more aggressive styling. Though, the currently available Karizma XMR 210 also have an eye-catching design. The upcoming version will get more aggressive bodywork with sharper lines on the fairing. Additionally, it also expected to get functional aerodynamic winglets that will enhance its racing capabilities. Having a look at the patent drawings, it seems that the motorcycle will get a new fuel tank and tail section. Also, you can expect some new paint schemes as well.
