The Hyundai Alcazar is one of the most feature-rich and premium 7-seater SUVs in the country and not only offers a spacious cabin but in addition to this, also gets competent engine options and a good looking exterior design. The brand has however silently updated the variants and is now offering a new 7-seater trim option in the Alcazar line-up in India. This new Hyundai Alcazar Signature (O) 7-seater petrol automatic variant is priced from INR 19.69 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) and rivals the cars like the Tata Safari and the MG Hector Plus. Here are all the details that you should know about this car.
For starters, this new Alcazar variant continues to feature the same 2.0-L petrol engine that also does duty on the more expensive Tucson. This engine boasts a maximum power and torque output of 159 PS and 191 Nm respectively. A smooth and reliable 6-speed automatic torque convertor comes mated to this engine and offers an impressive driving experience. The performance of this naturally aspirated petrol engine is impressive and so are the fuel economy figures. Unlike a few of the rivals, the Alcazar is only available with an FWD system.
