Maruti Suzuki India Limited has joined hands with the National Cadet Corps (NCC) for an exciting 21-day rally covering over 3,500 kilometres in Northeastern India. Maruti Suzuki And NCC 21-Day Rally, Featuring Jimny and Grand Vitara
Embarking from Shillong, this incredible journey is slated to reach its destination in Guwahati on November 26, 2023, marking the 75th anniversary of NCC. The ceremonial kick-off for this rally was graced by the esteemed Chief Minister of Meghalaya, Shri Conrad K. Sangma. He was joined by key figures from Maruti Suzuki, the Director General of NCC, and the Director General of Assam Rifles from GOC 101 Area.
Guiding the way will be a dedicated team comprising 18 NCC officers and 76 enthusiastic cadets. They will navigate a remarkable 3,500 kilometres, steering a convoy of 7 Maruti Suzuki Jimnys and 5 flagship Grand Vitara SUVs. The route will weave through the enchanting landscapes of various Northeastern states, including the scenic realms of Assam, Tripura, Mizoram, Nagaland, Arunachal Pradesh, and the captivating Meghalaya, culminating in the heart of Guwahati on the significant date of November 26th, 2023.
