Skoda Compact SUV Interiors Spied: Resembles Kushaq
This is not the first time that the Skoda Compact SUV has been spied on during tests, but it is the first time that its interiors have been captured on a camera. Although most of the dashboard is covered under dark sheets, the driver's utility sections have been exposed, revealing its close relationship with the Kushaq SUV. Notably, the touchscreen system resembles the 10.25-inch unit found in the Kushaq, offering features such as wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. Below the screen, horizontally positioned AC vents follow a layout akin to the Kushaq. The partially visible steering wheel appears similar to the Kushaq's 2-spoke design. Additionally, speakers or tweeters are observed mounted on the pillars. It's anticipated that the vehicle will also feature a digital instrument cluster similar to that of the Kushaq.
On top of this, the cabin is set to be a plush affair with some modern amenities like a 360-degree camera system for enhanced visibility, a panoramic sunroof to elevate the cabin experience, dual-zone climate control, and ventilated seats. It will also likely include a wireless charging pad for convenient device charging, a TPMS, and Level-2 ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) to enhance the driving experience.

Notably, Skoda's strategy for the Indian market excludes a diesel engine variant for this model.
The Skoda Compact SUV is scheduled to debut in March 2025 with an expected starting price of around Rs. 8 lakhs. Upon launch, it will compete directly with popular models such as the Tata Nexon, Maruti Brezza, Kia Sonet, Hyundai Venue, among others.
